Most recently employed as President/Chief Operating Officer of Francis Energy, LLC, and currently serving on the boards of Rise Alliance for Children and Jewish Family Services of Seattle, Susan Coskey is the founding principal of Adelante Global Partners, LLC.
Susan offers deep expertise creating and implementing people and operational strategies and practices that optimize organizational performance to deliver results and enable all team members to contribute to their highest levels. She is driven to work with organizations ready to scale or revamp their work systems and cultures to support inclusive, high performance workplaces.
With over three decades of experience in operations, HR, law, board work and consulting across the public, private, government and nonprofit sectors, Susan incisively leads organizations in aligning aspirations with reality, to achieve strategic and operational goals.
